Great Place To Work® ASEAN & ANZ has unveiled the inaugural Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For™ Southeast Asia list, marking a significant expansion of the prestigious ranking, which has long been a benchmark in North America and Europe. DHL claimed the top spot, with ASEAN-headquartered companies making a strong showing, highlighting the region’s ability to cultivate competitive, people-first workplaces. The list reflects a growing commitment across Southeast Asia to workplace culture, with over 1.3 million employees from ten markets providing feedback to shape the rankings.

Vietnam stood out with the highest number of recognized companies, securing ten spots on the list. The Philippines also performed well, with four companies appearing across industries including water infrastructure, hospitality, property, and business services. According to Evelyn Kwek, Managing Director of Great Place To Work ASEAN & ANZ, the list demonstrates the region’s dedication to building workplaces where employees feel trusted and supported. The rankings are based on confidential employee feedback, which evaluates trust, fairness, and support, confirming that companies with strong employee relationships drive growth and benefit communities and economies.
